    I'm not really entirely sure how old this news is, because i stumbled upon it a few days ago (so its at least a few days old ) but i figured i'd let everyone know that solaris 10 is currently available for download free from sun's website http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/get.jsp you do have to fill in some information....but its worth checking out if you wanna give an alternitive OS a run.....
