99% error in CCE SP 2.70

Hello,

Sometimes when I convert a video into MPEG2 with CCE SP, the programm stops encoding at 99%. It doesn't give a error message or something, it just doesn't continue. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I used to have this problem as well. I updated to the newer version of CCE Basic and that solved the problem. The update is free by the way.

Sorry, just re-read your post and you are using CCE SP. At any rate, I used to get the '99% done' every so often on an older version of CCE Basic. I wrote to CCE tech support and they sent me 2.70.01.02 and that fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive their tech support is.
