I am using Elements 1.0 to author DVDs from analog PAL captured home videos (Hi8). The captured video has a "slight blurry" effect.
Does anyone know what filters, field options etc. should be used to help remove slight flickering/chopping from the captured video before I render it?![]()
System Specs (home-built):
Gigabyte 8S661FXMP-RZ board with latest bios
1 Gb DDR RAM
Intel P4 3.0 Ghz CPU
ATI Radeon 9550 video card
Leadtek TV2000 Expert capture card.
1xSeagate 200Gb SATA, 1xide WD HDD
