I used TMPGEnc Plus to convert 4 avi files(tv show) plus subtitles into appropriate formats. then I used DVD composer to add menus and author and create a video Ts folder and all that. well after I burned it, using nero, everything looked alright on the menu screen but when I selelcted an episode and it started playing half of the screen was this big moving blur. actually, more of a huge smear I guess!
Could it be DVD composer? it crashed a few times while I was creating the menus. but in the end it seemed to be ok.
where in the process could soemthing have gone wrong to cause this?
I really dont wnat to waste any more DVD's checking everything unless im sure where this happened.
thanks

does it work on your computer with a software dvd player? or same problem?
does the converted mpg clips play okey? -
yes on both accounts, its looks great on my computer and the mpgs look fine. what could it be?

now that i look at it again on my DVD player, it looks as if the blur is just there to fill up the other half of the screen since the whole picture is smushed to one side. on one of the episodes its not a blur but just black. half black half picture( but the picture is the full picture smushed to the side).
aspect ratio problems? though, the ratio was 4:3 and they were converted as such.
