i have attached a link to a file that i have just exported in fc5. i remember seeing these sort of line when you try to convert ntsc to pal through procoder, and the quality is not good. when i view this clip in fc5 it looks great, none of the lines you see in the link appear, but when you export it they seemt to show up, and really show up on the tv when you export it to dvd and play it.
my settings for exporting are
export quicktime compressor
choose dv pal as the type of output, as it is going to dvd
then just press go
the link for the file is
www.stuntastics.com/fc5help.htm
it is a 14meg file, it will just display the quicktime symbol, then white screen, when you see a picture, hit the space bar and it will play. but it is a small clip, raw data, if anyone can see the lines i am talking about and maybe explain why they are coming through in export that would be awesome.
