is it possible to put more than 1 divx/xvid file onto 1 single dvdr and play it in dvd player that supports divx format.

Should be. As long as the physical file size isn't larger than the blank dvd it should just play it consecutively. As far as I know you still can't make true menus for divx files. It should just play back to back is my opinion

there is no menu support for divx yet, no....however a good chunk of dvd players that support divx have the option to pull up a filelist upon insertion of a data (non dvd) disc or audio cd to pull up a track list....its kind of a generic menu if you will though.....also, as long as the file doesnt have chaptering (which most dont) you can just use the chapter skip (at least on my player) to jump to the next divx file...hope that helps ya some.

I'd led to believe that some divx players don't play divx on DVD and that your file(s) need to be on CD (never had this issue myself, mind you). But yeah, burn a few files to a DVD as data, and give it a whirl. It should display a menu of your DVD player's choice (normally just a file listing AFAIK) and you can go from there.
