  1. Hi all

On my main menu My default button as soon as the DVD is popped in the player is the "Play Movie" button. Since it's the default button it's also being automatically highlighted.

I still want it to be the default button so all the user has to do is hit the enter button to start the video, but I don't want it to be highlighted unless the user has manually moved the highlighting to other items in the menu and then come back to it.

It's because I want the text on the default button to be white. The highlighted color is blue, so it's coming off as blue from the get-go.

Anyone know a way around this?

    TIA

You can't. A button is highlighted when it is the focus, not highlighted when it isn't. It is a simple toggle. You could increase the transparency of the highlight, so the colour change isn't as obvious. Otherwise, in DVD Architect you are pretty restricted.

If you looked into something like DVD Lab Pro you *might* be able to program something a little smarter, but I don't know just how much control you have over the highlights from within the DVD Spec's rudimentary programming set.
