Hi,
I have 2 avi files I have joined with vdub (have also tried Nandub and mp3 freeze). The audio sync i perfect in the 2 source files, but when I join them, the audio starts in sync but gets more and more out of sync.
Is there a program to fix this.
I cant just delete some of time or inset silence, because the sound gets more and more out of sync.

It sounds like the second file is simply too long (or too short, you don't say which way the drift is). Did you chahge the frame rate of the second part ?
It is a very common problem when joining files. If the end result is conversion to DVD, the usual advise is to encode them as seperate parts and author them as either a single title, or two joined titles. Worst case you get a pause that lasts about as long as a layer break, but sync remains true.Read my blog here.

It is 2 avi (xvid) files i joined to 1 avi (xvid) file. The sync is perfect on the 2 single files before I join them.
And I didn't change anu frame rate. I just opened the first avi, and the pushed File>>Append avi segment, and chosed the other fil. And then Saved AVI.
Years ago I had a little program to change the framerate of the video my avi movie was out of sync. But cant remember the name.
PS: It is not going out of syns suddenly, it just goes more and more out of sync.
