I need something FREE hopefully. I want to be able to record my voice and then go back and edit certain parts (Something to change my voice). Or if I must, just record each part seperately.
I've got to record a couple childrens books for when I'm not at the school I work at. Then they can still hear my voice, along with some nifty little sound effects.

Hey Beave, If you have a Audigy soundcard dig around in the those programs. There's presets for changing microphone input, some are quite funny.
There's even one that makes you sound like the chipmunks.
