  1. I've been poking around the archives looking at different tools at just about everyone I've seen I've thought, 'That might be what I'm looking for.'

I thought I'd just throw it out here and ask if anyone knows for sure what tools might do this.

I've got a couple football games already burned to DVDs which I can view on any player fine. The problem is that each game is on 2 single layer DVDs, and well, I got this NEC 3520A thats never even seen a dual layer before, so I thought this might be a good chance to give it a try.

Any ideas how to get the 2 single layer DVD contents to 1 dual layer? I don't care about menu's or anything like that.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can use DVD Shrink in reauthor mode.

Just copying the 2 dvdrs to your hard drive, load up DVD Shrink, reauthor mode and add the two titles (videos) from each DVD. Burn to dual layer disc.

@mikeu1, I have encourage people to use shrink (free) and dvd2one ($). I personally use dvd2one for all my 2 discs to 1 scenerios, and I have used Intercopy 3 and CloneDVD2. All three work extremly well. Two can be downloaded for trial...Intercopy 3 and CloneDvd2. I typically place the two disks on HD and then use one of the programs to place the disks together. Dvd2One can be seamless or non-seamless. I like that feature for the LOTR Ext. Edition. I combined the disks and then placed them on a DL and a single layer (Single layer is not a sharp, but nice!) and I view these on a 55 inch 16X9 HDTV.
