Help with capturing a streaming video on line using SnagIt

Last year I succesfully captured some videos on line. Now I went back to use SnagIt again to capture a video online and when I start the procedure it only captures everything else but the region that I have already chosen. Some other times it captures the sound. Some other times the frame around the video. But at all times there is no video captured. Can someone please help me? Do I have to check any extra settings?

No it didn't work.
Here is the video I wanna capture and then save to my pc as a video file

I turned off the overlay but when I went to capture the video nothing showed up...audio or image.
What else can I do?
