    Disco Makberto responds:

That is my understanding. However, I believe that a DVD-RAM drive is also necessary, but I am not sure, for you once mentioned that the DP-450 could read JPEG files from a DVD-RAM disc.

As for burning, Gear Software supports ISO on DVD-RAM discs. I believe that you have a Linux computer, so you can use the trial version of Gear Pro Linux that you can download here:

Wrong, Scott! If you read my original post, I never made a bet. I just said that I just said that I had never heard of such a player. Considering that I don't care about or keep up with DVD players for cars, I suppose that explains why I've never heard of one.

Disco Makberto - you'll have to get your dollar from Scott

  4. Hello, my friends!

Considering that Daphy is helping a lot behind the idea of WAV DVD's and compatability with Kiss players, I would have to split the $1.00 prize with him. Failing that, I will share $1/2 in e-gold

Jman98, the reason why car players are also called mobile players is because they are not limited to car environments. They are very useful for people on the move (like Daphy) who travel constantly, for their compactness allow for easy portability. As for the car/mobile DVD players, some of them have traditional trays that open like a computer's tray and resemble full standalone players. I am really a big fan of this type of DVD players, and I prefer them than any other type, big or small.

    Take care,
