how mpeg file convert to vob on dvd disc's?

hi friends ,

this is my first time so please help me ,,,

i reocrd a clip with my ati all in wonder with dvd rate ( 8 MB / sec) and encode it with Tmpgenc 3.0 express to prepare it as dvd file but all this in mpeg format ( till now no problems )

then i tried to burn it on dvd disc with nero and i selected burn video files but i found all extensions supported is vob and iso and pub and the program refused to accept the file so i need to know how i can get the vob file on the dvd disc like dvd movies from mpeg file ?
