    There is no "best". What works well for you is determined by many factors, including your capture card.

    My profile is not up to date, I have the ATI TV WONDER ELITE with the theater 550 chip, and the software it comes with cyberlink powercinema is horrid, and mmc will not work with that card

    GB-PVR works well with the 550Pro chip cards.
