TMPGenc with vobsub problem

Hi,
I am using TMPGenc with Vobsub to make vcd with subtitles.

.avi and .sub file must be same name to use vobsub in TMPGenc so While i am selecting .avi file in TMPGenc, if there is .sub file with same name, vobsub icon (green arrrow) appears for a second in system tray and then disappear and TMPGenc says "File can not open or unsupported".
If there is no .sub file with same name (if it doesn't use .sub) TMPGenc accepts file without errors.

I tried with different avi and sub files, and same problem.
It was working good but now it is not working and i dont know why.How can i fix it?

I reinstalled Divx and its fixed.
