    sometimes the wave colum of the sound and audio device goes like to 5% so that when my sound comes out its VERY low.. and im not the one that's changing it.. is this a virus? or am i doing something wrong?

    it could be a program that you're using that causes it to be changed.. mp3 player, video player, etc..
