    Hei, i just draged my avi file into the place and selected psp. Then i pressed convert, but then the progress screen comes up and tells me its finished and it dosnt even do anything = / a 600mb file that is finished after half a second. And i installed the binaries and things at the begining, i followed the links. What am i doing wrong?

    Ok, i am sorry for this i just downloaded the wrong binaries. But over to another question, when the encoding is finished for the psp wont i need a
    namehere.THM to locate the file on the psp? If so how do i get thaT?

    the .thm file only adds a thumbnail pic from the movie. the movie itself will still be visible by name without it.
    Sometimes the light at the end of the tunnel is a train.
