    is there anyway to increase the volume using nero or any other program?

    Use Video Studio 9.0. Select encode as "same as first clip" option under "Share" option, and raise the sound volume with the sound/band option. Encodes quickly in this mode. Raise the sound volume first, of course. This is one of many ways.
