I have a seasons worth of a show (12 eps) and I want to put them on DVD with some kind of menu (it does not need to be pretty). I realize this will mean multiple DVDs, and the quality does not even need to be that great. I am having a hard time finding a program that will allow me to do this without merging the files together. Thanks for any help.

I've done it with a 13-parter by encoding in low-res mode with TMPGEnc then splitting between two discs using TDA to design the menus.

I recently managed to put 20 episodes of a show on one disk. It came out a little blurry (just not as sharp as tv) but no noise or blocks visible.

I used Tmpgenc 352x240 29.97fps CQ 60% with 0 spoilage, 64kbps audio at 48000 mh for each 45-50 minute ep. Then I used Dvdlab pro (free trial version available) to add each movie, chapter them, make some really cool motion menu's, and burned to one disk. Here's a guide on dvdlab: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=220092

DivxToDVD will accept multiple files. You can select the eps you want on each disc and then import into something like TMPGEnc DVD Author to make a simple menu.
    If in doubt, Google it.
