Hi guys,
I have used DVD2SVCD to extract some chapter from 2 dvds and the result was 2 big mpeg files.
I wanted to create a dvd with video clips so I used Mpeg Video Wizard from Womble to extract the clips and used fade in/out effect for each separated file (for audio and video).
The results from the clips extracted from dvd1 are jumpy when watching in the tv but from dvd2 the video is nice and smooth.
Do you have a guess from what is happening here and how to get rid of this issue?
Thanks for any help!

Your field order got reversed somehow. Flip it in Restream.

Hi lordsmurf!
I have used restream to show the field order and both files are tff. The difference between the good one and the bad one is the fields codecs:
for the bad one is: IPBBPBB
for the good one is: IBBPBBPBBPBBPBB
I'll try to revert the fields and let you know.
