I have a problem with getting my video menu to have the buttons I want.
I would basically like photoshop images as my buttons, BUT, I would also like to have a hidden button that only appears when highlighted. And I want the other buttons to obiously change between selected and highlighted states.
Thank You Very Much.

Ok, since you didn't say I'm assuming you are using
DVDSP 3 or 4?
As this is the only app I know that will allow you to create
hidden buttons, its very simple to do.
You basically follow the steps as outlined
here
for creating drop zones which you can then make into buttons,
and then, to make the hidden button, you
would want to just use the marque button feature
( click and drag with mouse on menu to create button)
and you can then do one of two things:
(a) place the button over an area on the screen, like
part of the background splash .jpg file, or even clever
enough, our Main Header, like over a certain letter.
or
(b) what i like to do is place the hidden button over
part of a symbol or make a like a company logo that
has been made into a drop zone, turn that into a button
by placing my marquee button over it, and have it
activate a hidden track or sub-menu. ( Chronicles
of Riddick had a similar effect like this on its first disc)
You then set your FIRST PLAY button of course to be your
PLAY button, set all your menu returns on the main menu
to the MAIN MENU, and volia.
