Chrissy Boy - could you add an add text button to the menu maker so when we do say a TV series we could add a title for the disc?

    Thanks

You mean add text to the background as opposed to an actual DVD button?

Yes thats exactly what I mean. It would enable you to easily put a title for the disc. For example I can capture a still to use for either a button or a background from a titleset. It would make life easier if I could then just add the disc title within SVCD2DVD itself

Indeed but for the moment you will have to use a graphics application (Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop, Xara etc) to quickly load up the still, add the text, save & then reload in SVCD2DVD.

Why? Because it takes 10 seconds to do that yet it will take me an hour or two to program that in.... I have to say that my time is best spent on other requests. I am truly sorry! I don't mean to be arsey at all but I think I can see other things which need sorting out.

I see a little time has passed since this post...
Perhaps I could raise it again? It may be quick the way you say, but trying to get things to 'even up' between a background created in MS Paint, and the SVCD2DVD menu is a bit hit and miss.

  6. Hmmmmmm, I just thought of a quick & dirty work-around for episodic
DVDs. How about just changing the text for the "play all" button to the
    DVD title?
