  1. Sorry about that last question... I'll take the time to read more of the stuff on the left

  2. I do NOT include CCE in my bundle. So you haven't downloaded it from my homepage, that's for sure!

  3. version 1.0.4 build 1, whats the CCE tab used for?
p.s. can you post me a link with a guide to this tool. Many Thanks

  4. The CCE tab is for pointing to the CCE program. But that doesn't mean that it's in the bundle.

    Try this guide:

  6. Just to throw a spanner into the works, I have encoded both a VCD and SVCD rip of CTHD.

The SVCD version was encoded with CCE and had an average bitrate of < 2000 (~ 1900). The quality (on TV) of the SVCD completely blew away that of the VCD (which was pretty good). I don't have a great TV either -- just a 10 year old average sized TV.

On a well encoded SVCD, you can DEFINITELY see the difference between it and a VCD, even on a standard TV.

    Regards.

  7. O.k I'm gonna try and do some comparisons on the same cdr if this is possible?? Did you actually rip all the extras and behind the scenes stuff on the dvd?? That was where I hit a brickwall, with picture shaking and stuff. Still I only ever burned 1 cdr (possibly a duffer??). I now seem to be getting those irritating "error in Kernell.dll messages in TMPGenc 2.01 and am going back to an earlier version. Still that's irrelevant and probably because I'm using Windows ME
