overburning with nero 5.5.4.0

hoping someone could help . i have the latest 99 min cdr's,
a film 84 mins long,and a pioneer dvr-a03(supports overburn).when i try overburning with nero 5.5.4.0 the disc gets spat back out stating not enough space on media yet i have enabled overburn and limited it to 85 mins.
i have burnt the mpg file back with diskjuggler but it is not in a vcd format it's just an mpg file, but plays.
i'd like to use nero as it uses a vcd template , does any other burning software support a vcd template(and overburn) or is it just nero.

Been using Nero for some time, in the Advance tab, in addition to setting for the overburn I set the disk size to the size I'm using i.e 80, 90min, 99 min. This seems to work for me (Nero 5.5.xx) Just did overburn on 90 min for SVCD that was over 900mb( 60+ min). Never had a problem> Nero will ask me if I want to Overburn, I click that and start.
