I have used the NEC and the LG and a host of other drives and I can say that the NEC is one of the best all round drives ever made when it comes to burn quality. The LG is fairly good but the NEC does a better job with quality media as well as RW. It also can be set to bitset +R discs. The Asus is just a rebadged Pioneer 109. I have one and I have been very unimpressed with the burn quality on TY and Verbatim and TDK.
Here is a review on the Asus if you want:

thanks sir for your help ,
but as i found in this forum the pioneer is a good drive and the model of NEC is older with 4X and doesn't support -RDL and asus support it so if i buy Nec i will use it for 4X DL only.
what you suggest?
thanks again

If you want an NEC look around for a 3540. Its much newer. The 109 and 110 models from Pioneer are good solid burners except they have issues writing the leadout of 16x CAV media. That's the one reason I wouldn't recommend one. A lot of people also favor the Benq1620.
