Why does my movie freeze at the end?

ok I don't know why all the movie I encode always freeze at the end of the movie. Once in a while it freeze and skips 2-4 sec of the movie and all my movie are not over the 4gb. Doesn't freeze alot but it freezes every 10min or so. This is how I did my movie.

=audio=
extract sound from avi with (Goldwave) to .wav.
used HeadAC3he to convert it to mp2.

=video=
use TMPGenc Plus 2.53 to convert .avi to DVD.
used TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 to author DVD.

what could be wrong?? I'm useing one of the best DVDR out there (Taiyo Yuden)

What speed are you burning at ? Try burning at a slower speed or try another batch of dvds ,I usually like sony or verbatim and I almost never have a bad burn.

burn at x4 with Nero and I use Memorex too but still the same

bad media / bad burn (unlikely with TY but still possible), or a DVD player heat problem.

Maybe try those same DVDs in a different DVD player ?

Try burning with different software ?

Try a friend's burner ?
