    Whats the best program to use to burn a vcd with picture and selection screen in backround using mpeg2.

    VCD is 1150 kbps MPEG-1 video & 224kbps MP2 audio. If you've got MPEG-2 then you need to convert, unless you want to make an XVCD. Once you have MPEG-1 then VCDEasy is highly (and widely) regarded as the best VCD authoring software.

    Get a pc dvd burner, you will pat yourself on the back for it. Very, very cheap. mpeg-2, author, burn to dvd.
