I want to convert bmp to mpeg1 vcd
so these is how I just to do it
I use quicktime to comvert 100 bmps ( 4 seconds ) to avi
then I just to use easyvcd but then I started to use TMPGEnc
If i remember well TMPGEnc use to make the 4 seconds mpegs perfectly
but now I get only 3 seconds acording to wmp10 and the mpeg made by easyvcd is 4 second and is compatible with vcdimager but the videos i do now with TMPGEnc are not compatible can someone tell me why is this?

    I use the 25FPS template, i have XP pro, 512MB ram, P4

I hope this is enought info.

Open the MPEG TMPGEnc created with the latest GSpot Beta (2.52 AFAIK) and check the runtime. WMP only tells you to the nearest second but you need the number of frames.
    If in doubt, Google it.
