    I capture from Movie Maker on the DV tape (25Mbps) 720 x 480 setting. But when I play the AVI, its only like 352x240. has anyone else had this problem?

    microsoft released a patch for movie maker that enabled 640*480 captures, so I assume it did not support anything higher than 352*240 prior to the patch and wont support higher than 640*480 after the patch.
