I am trying to retrieve data from a DVD for a friend. The disc has about 5G of JPEGs on it. He transferred the files to the disc to free up space on his drive. We have tried the disc in 4 different drives, ROMs and burners, and none of them will recognize the disc. I would use ISOBuster to get the data, if I could get a drive to read the disc. The original burner was a Memorex burner and the discs were Memorex. (Don't know if they were MIJ or MIT.)
Any suggestions for getting into this disc?
    Thanks.

    Matt

Sorry, fat fingers. That is 4G (damn, these keys are close together.)
We've tried to read the disc on a Toshiba ROM, a Pioneer ROM, a Lite On Burner and the Memorex burner. Are there drives that will read more discs than others? More forgiving of errors? The Toshiba, in my laptop, up to now has read anything I threw at it.
