  1. i had a problem with a avi movie when i went to convert it said its not supported when i look up on forum it said to get avicodes which i downoad it then i put the movie file and the bottom portion said only 2 areas where supported the movie file needed a code so i click on web n downoaded the code after that i try again but still got same not supported, am i doing this right if not can someone help?

    Go to Option > Environmental Setting > VFAPI plug-in, and make sure that DirectShow Multimedia File Reader is given the highest priority:



    If this doesn't work, maybe some other solutions at https://www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc.htm#problems may assist.
