Hello, i decided to ask first since i dont want to waste 10+ hours of encoding.
Anyway im a total newbie at this ( and sorry my bad english)
I have this 3 700mb divx movies, and i want to convert them to a single dvd , each movie having english and spanish selectable subtitles . Anyway, after searching many guides, i decided to use diko , anyway, it will only allow me to select 1 subtitle per movie. I dont know if i can add more subtitles streams ? after the encoding ? maybe using dvdlabpro ? . Or is there is any other software that would allow me to do this , or the best way to do it?. I know that using dvd2svcd allows me to to do multiple subtitles, but i cant find a guide or option for it to use mupltiple avi's in one dvd.
any help would be great .
im going to leave diko encoding and hopefully i would be able to add more subtitles streams. ha

OK, gotta sort a couple of things out here.
The processes of encoding and authoring are two seperate processes, and each has a specific role to play. Quite a lot of "one-click" softwares tend to merge these two processes together, but I stand firm in the belief that you should treat each process seperately, and use tools that are designed specifically for each process.
If you want multiple selectable subtitles, this is functionality you add in your authoring stage. Your encoding stage just encompasses the conversion of Video and Audio to DVD-compliant specs. You can use any encoder for this - CCE, TMPGEnc, Mainconcept etc etc. Then in your authoring stage, you need authoring software that supports multiple subtitle streams, such as DVD-lab.
What I would do is encode your AVIs to DVD-compliant MPEGs using http://members.dodo.net.au/~jimmalenko/AVI2DVD.htm , then author using DVD-lab.If in doubt, Google it. -

Easy and fast.
In trial version of the program the encoder works with 1/2 of potential speed and adds watermark to a video.
