  1. I've searched around in the tmpegenc FAQ's and nothing has seemed to help me with this problem. I downloaded gspot codec viewer and made sure I had codecs for both the video and audio supported but for some reason I still can't load my video into tmpegenc ver. 2.5 All of my other moveis I try and load work. Any help on this topic would be appreciated as I would like to get these 2 movies burned so I can delete them.

What error do you get ?

It is well known that TMPGEnc chokes on VBR MP3 audio, and this fix for this is to Extract the audio to a WAV file using virtualdub and then load your AVI as the video source and your WAV as the audio source, or encode the WAV to AC3 or MP2 using ffmpeggui, encode the video only and then use your authoring software to multiplex the video and audio together.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  3. It won't let me load the movie in TMPEGEnc at all. So the issue isn't with the audio. Any other ideas on why it won't load the movie?
The error message I get is "File C:\blank, can not open, or unsupported"

Try raising the priority of the Directshow Multimedia File Reader so it is at the top of the priority list under Option > Environmental Setting ? VFAPI plu-in.
    If in doubt, Google it.
