Hello!
I'm converting an avi file from 23,97 in to 25 fps. Now i've got the audio file and want to convert it into 25 fps with besweet. Problem is that I don't know exactly what to select in this program. Below a shot:

Are the right thing selected in this picture? Or do I have to choose another outputformat? What is the most famous to select?
Thnx for the reactions!

That looks to me like it is the correct setting; although, I have never done it before.

Somebody els any idea? I want to convert the audio into 25 fps, and I want wav sound. Or do you recommend other audio?

That's correct. Sometimes you don't have to convert audio if you're changing frame rate. I convert all the time from 24->29.97, 25->29.97 with DGPulldown on my video and don't need to convert audio. If you're muxing with video you should convert to mp2, at least that's what TMPGEnc requires. TMPGEnc won't handle wav.

If you are just converting to a PAL avi, mp3 would be a better choice over mp2. Use mp2 if you are creating a (S)VCD or if you are making a PAL DVD for use on PAL region DVD players. NTSC R1 DVD players don't have to support mp2 audio. Or, if you are creating a DVD, you could set the output to AC3 (Dolby Digital). I believe the AC3 files created by BeSweet are compatible with most DVD players now.
And remember, you only want to use the NTSC->PAL preset if you are speeding up the film from 23.976fps to 25fps, because you then also need to speed up the audio. If you are making a (S)VCD or DVD and are using DGPulldown to change the framerate, the audio doesn't need to be speed up because DGPulldown does an actual framerate conversion rather than adjusting the speed at which the video is played.
