I need a DVD program that can have 2 audios + custom menus

I've taken a look on the site and I've been directed to a couple of different programs. I've looked at their info and unless I'm missing it I can't tell if you can also customize the menus.

I seem to think these two:

will do the two audio tracks (it's a live college musical performace and I have two audio recordings one is better than the other but I want to have both on the DVD for various reasons) but I don't know if these programs will let me customize the menus/buttons/etc like I can with TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6.

Any help would be great!

Yes, both can create custom menus (animated or still). Have a look at the docu of both applications and see what fits your needs.
