    Hi to All
    I think this is the right forum to post this in.
    I have the Hauppauge WinTv PVR-2 usb and have been trying to make a new dvd capture file setting of constant 7000 K/bts/sec for video, and a stereo rate of 48 kHz at 348 bts/sec. The WinTv 2000 program won’t let me save any modifications to the default settings; it stays at the same settings no matter what I do to change them. Where am I going wrong on this file at?
