Never come across this before.
I recorded a music show with my Skystar2/ProgDVB combination as MPEG2. As my authoring program (TMPGEnc DVD Author) won't accept the reccording directly, I have to run it through Womble MPEG Video Wizard first- which is ok as I can then do any bits of editing, leaving a new MPEG which TDA accepts fine. I've done this hundreds-maybe thousands of times.
With this recording though, when I open it in Womble, the sound runs way out of sync from the video, even though the same file plays back perfectly in sync when viewed with Power DVD. I tried demuxing the audio and video streams, but it's made no difference. I even tried to author the MPEG that Womble produced from the original recording, thinking it might author ok, but it doesn't.
Anyone any thoughts about what else I can try?
