Good job major on the new release! So far, everything is working well.

I noticed that if I encode using H.264 and turn on the "Use b-frames" option, that QuickTime Player 7 can only play the movie, but can't copy/paste bits of the movie or re-save the movie in a .MOV wrapper. Also, you can't see the average bitrate of H.264 files with b-frames.

I suspect that this isn't ffmpegX's fault, but rather Apple's, but it's disappointing nonetheless.
