LG RH7500 Can't Fast forward a DivX

Hi

I have a LH RH7500 HDD/DVD recorder. Found a couple of issues.
Firstly, I cannot fast forward a DivX file with the scan buttons. To skip forward I have to enter a time in the time control and skip that way. Not a huge issue, just a little annoying.

Also, I have the recorder connected by scart RGB and also TOSLINK to my optical input on my TV for the audio. If the recorder is in standby, the video is still passed through the scart lead but the optical audio isn't.

Anyone know of these issues and if a fix is available, via firmware upgrade etc.

The DivX issue is known and from what I have heard they have no intentions of fixing it.

The pass-trough function only works on Scart connectors, which carry analog signals only (including audio). Getting digital audio output would require analog-to-digital conversion, which would require the recorder to be powered on.
