Hi
Is it possible to 'cut' a section from a frame, zoom in on the cut - and treat the cut as a new frame?
The same as in say, Photoshop - crop an image, and make the new image fill the original space.
I have looked in the Effects on Premier Pro 1.5
It's probably there, but I can't work out, how to do it.
I need to slip in some frames that are relevant, in place of some damaged footage.
I'm a semi-newbie.
Thanks in advance - Stephen

I can't see the wood for the trees sometime.
I found it under effects.
