  1. hey all I need help I have A movie that I Just used ulead to create and its 901MB mpeg file I need to burn to cd to make into VCD so I can watch on standalone DVD player well im gonna get to the point ok I Open the file in Virtual Dub to split it into two parts to make two VCDs so they both will fit on two disks and it gives me this message when I try to split them into parsing interleaved MPEG file ok it goes threw that then I set my mark in and go to about 1 hour of the movie and set my mark out to split it and then I go to file and save as .avi and I save it and I get this message "You are about to save an uncompressed AVI file,Which may be very Large. If this is not a temporary AVI file, consider using video compression to save space. The video mode must be set to full processing mode for compression to work.

  2. Why are you using VirtualDub to split MPG file ? use TMPGEnc, go to File / MPEG Tools, and use the Cut & Join feature.
