I still have to use dgPulldown for the frame rate, but i'm concerned about the audio, how do i get the audio out of the 4 vob files? then how do i get it to ac3 format? so i can use TMPGEnc DVD author to finalize.

  2. Hi-

...how do i get the audio out of the 4 vob files?

If you have the IFOs, you can use PGCDemux. If you don't, you can load the vobs into DGIndex and get it. There are other ways as well.

...then how do i get it to ac3 format?

You sure it's not already AC3? Most DVDs have AC3 already. If it's WAV, then you encode the WAV to AC3 using freeware such as BeSweet, or a commercial encoder such as SoftEncode. There are also other encoders available.

  3. Question:

How do you convert AND change the audio? I love the job that DGpulldown does but PAL Speed-up drives me mad. Is there any way to convert pal to the proper frame rate AND change the speed to "normal" as well?
