    i've installed ffmpegx perfectly into tiger, no issues there. i want to encode video_ts files into a format (preferably mpeg4) so i can backup movies on my hdd.
    when i attempt encoding the program runs the process window but doesn't start encoding, just shows it as prepping. i left it for 20 mins and it didn't show that it was doing anything or going to.
    could anyone give me the correct setting to use, i don't mind if it's into a different format as long as it can be played in quicktime.
    as many setting as possible would be great, ta for your time

    There is a quite long prescan of VIDEO_TS folders in 0.0.9s. Forthcoming version 0.0.9t (I'm finishing today the online manual) has instantaneous prescan of VIDEO_TS folders.
