    This is a wierd dvd. I am not sure, but because of the subtitle font, it seems that was authored with the DVD Architect. I am trying to create a mpg with fixed subtitles. The vobsub virtualdub filter(plugin) couldn't handle it. If I do not find a soft like the vobsub, I guess I should we the subrip, reauthor it, and rip it again.

    Depends what you want, but if you simply want a DVD with subs u can see then rip to HD and use IFOedit to alter the subs colours and then re-burn.

    If you REALLY want mpg with hard (enforced) subs 'burnt' as part of the picture, then you would have to go about it differently.
