I have some files in avi format, but VIRTUALDUBMOD says audio stream is ogm. When I put the file as asset in SVCD2DVD nothing happens(assets sheet remains empty). Can SVCD2DVD work with this files?

No good news I'm afraid. Ogg streams can't be supported at this time. I do see a time when they could be however.....
