This is a strange problem. I cannot back up my DVD because DVD Shrink cannot find the VIDEO_TS.VOB. The DVD plays fine though. I used DVD Decrypter on the DVD but I still cannot open the VOBs using DVD Shrink. I tried burning it with TMPGEnc DVD Authoring's burn tool but it won't burn because "it's not made to play on a DVD player". What should I do now?

What do you mean? Can YOU see the .vob files on the disk by using explorer? Exactly what files are on the DVD?

Yes I can see the VOB files. There is a VIDEO_TS.BUP and VIDEO_TS.IFO and then the usual VOBs. I'm not sure if it was recorded on a DVD recorder. It looks like a bootleg DVD.

In the end, I used Nero to burn the project anyway and it works. That's so weird. Thanks anyways.
