Problems with mustek asf files

I`m trying to convert the asf files that come from my mustek mini dv camera on the lastest version of ffmpegx but the files are showing as unrecognised. They do however play on mplayer but without sound. I think the sound issue is because the audio track is on a different channel from what is expected. I manged to get the files working and converted on an older version of ffmpegx about a year ago but I deleted that to install the new version, now I`m stuck. I think the video is mpeg4 v1 and the audio is ima adpcm.

If someone could have a look it would be very much appreciated, I don`t know enough about this stuff and I`m just going round in circles here.

You may tro to convert to "DivX mencoder" and set framerate to NTSC and audio track=1.
