  1. I can't get audio to play correctly when I use tool kit 2.0. I am using TMPGEnc to create a mp2 file from either a wav or Mp3 using 44100 Hz., 224 KHz bit/s rate, and MPEG-1 Audio Layer II for the settings. Then Using Auto Mux to create a *.mmd file. I add the mmd file to the menu editor as an asset. Tool kit accepts the mmd file as a legitamite audio asset. I build the title with no errors use tocsplit to generate the gbf file and burn the CD using Nero batch file command and burn the GBF file. When I play the CD the menu looks good but the audio skips and is scratchy. Any ideas?

  2. You did everything right, but your player may not play multiplexed MPEG audio files correctly. My Pioneer player does the exact same thing. This link provides more info on using audio with menus:

You might try multiplexing an MPEG still of your menu with the MPEG audio and see if that works better. I haven't tried it, so I can't help you there.

  3. Thanks for your help. I tried multiplexing the still menu to the audio file and it worked great. I did lose some definition in the picture since stills assests can have a greater pixel count than the multiplexed video and audio (mpeg-1)
