cce error GDI+ does not exist

When I try to load an AVISynth file into CCE it says Error GDI+ does not exist

Here's my script lines

What is the problem here?

Sounds like you are missing Microsoft's GDI+ (gdiplus.dll). Doubt it has anything to do with AVISynth though.

so I can just download this right or do I have to install some updates from Microsoft website?
