  1. Hi guys

    forgive me if i post in the wrong section.
    i just read the other topic regarding this CRC but to Hardware itself.

    What about CRC error when copying/moving big chunk of video files
    from my local drive to other partition drive?

    How can i fix this ?

    That means that your computer couldn't read from either your source or your destination drive. This could be just a temporary thing that a reboot may fix, or if it happens frequently then your hard drive might be on the way out. If running XP (Hint: update your computer details in your profile!), Check the drive(s) for errors by right-clicking on the drive in My Computer, going to Properties, Tools, and click the "Check Now" button where it says "Error-checking".

    Or you could try a good old-fashioned CHKDSK froma command prompt - google will give you a range of switches you can use with it.
    If in doubt, Google it.
